Replacement/Exchange will be allowed only if the product is available in stock. Customers will be eligible to avail of this service only if the product is received back to us in original condition and not tampered/used.

Replacement/Exchange will only be offered to customers who are found eligible after investigation of the product condition upon return.

A Refund is applicable in case a damaged product is delivered to you. If such a situation occurs, kindly return the parcel to us in a secure way. After an investigation, we will provide you with the refund (if eligible as per our refund policy) to your source payment mode.
